Month-to-month

Service begins as soon as your payment method is approved. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel.

Annual contract, paid monthly

Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 7 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 7 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Account Settings page or by contacting support@dovetale.com.

Annual contract, prepaid

Service begins as soon as your payment is processed. You’ll be charged the annual rate stated at the time of purchase as one lump sum, plus applicable taxes. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 7 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 7 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Account Settings page or by contacting support@dovetale.com.

Coupons Policy

These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Enterprise products and services (including, without limitation, the entire suite of Dovetale Enterprise Plans) offered by Dovetale Inc.

Payments, Termination & Refunds

Unless stated in an otherwise binding agreement (Such as a Yearly Contract), You reserve the right to cancel your Payment Plan (Subscription) at any time.

You have the right to terminate your account at any time in accordance with the procedures set forth on the Website in your Subscription Settings. Dovetale reserves the right to (i) modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform Services (or any part thereof) and (ii) refuse any and all current and future use of the Platform Services, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the Platform Services for any reason, including if Dovetale believes that you have violated this TOS. Dovetale shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform Services. Dovetale will use good faith efforts to contact you to warn you prior to suspension or termination of your account by Dovetale. If Dovetale terminates your account without cause and you have signed up for a fee-bearing service, Dovetale will refund the prorated, unearned portion of any amount that you have prepaid to Dovetale for such Platform Services.

Cancellations can be requested at any time by visiting your  Account Settings page or by contacting support@dovetale.com. Should you cancel after 7 days of your payment being processed (the "Non-Refundable Period"), the payment will be non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. For cancellations requested prior to the Non-Refundable Period, Payments approved for refunds will be refunded the full amount of the Subscription payment made, minus all fees (which are non-refundable and equal to the amount of 2.9% of the Subscription payment + $0.30).



By reviewing and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you understand that Dovetale: (i) does not allow any coupons or promotions to be claimed unless authorized and/ or promoted by Dovetale; (ii) All Coupons and/ or promotions will not be accepted for all Enterprise subscriptions offered by Dovetale.
